У лютым 2023 года была сфарміравана новая Каардынацыйная Рада Беларусі, прыняты новы статут, і цяпер у адпаведнасці з яго правіламі група дэлегатаў з розных краін, у тым ліку: Грузіі (Аджарыі), Польшчы, Эстоніі, Вялікабрытаніі, Шатландыі, Нідэрдандаў, ЗША і Канады вырашыла стварыць фракцыю "АДЗІНСТВА ПА-НАД МЕЖАМІ", каб данесці голас дыяспараў да Каардынацыйнай Рады і ўсім людзям, каму Беларусь неабыякава. Мы стаім на наступных прынцыпах:
Мы – беларусы, якія хочуць шукаць адзінства па-над межамі для развіцця сваёй краіны, па-над межамі дзяржаўных межаў і па-над межамі разнагалосных па палітычным матывам і метадам барацьбы.
Толькі так мы можам узмацніць адзін аднаго, толькі так нараджаецца сінергія.
Мы – розныя, але у нас одна агульная суперкаштоўнасць – свабодная Беларусь, створаная на базе дэмакратычных каштоўнасцях роўнасці, мірнага суіснавання, талерантнасці, салідарнасці і павагі да правоў чалавека.
Мы ведаем і паважаем нашы адрозненні, але мы шукаем тое, што нас аб'ядноўвае і выкарыстоўваем гэта для сумесных дзеянняў.

In February 2023, a new Coordination Council of Belarus was formed, a new statute was adopted, and now, according to its rules, a group of delegates from different countries, including: Georgia (Adjara), Poland, Estonia, Great Britain, Scotland, Netherlands, the United States and Canada decided to create a faction "UNITY ACROSS BORDERS" to convey the voice of the diaspora to the Coordination Council and to all people who care about Belarus. We stand on the following principles:
We are Belarusians who want to seek unity across borders for the development of our country, across state borders and across borders that differ on political motives and fighting methods.
This is the only way we can strengthen each other, this is the only way synergy is born.
